VILLA FACILITIES

This beautiful spacious villa has almost 2000 sq ft of living space and is located in a well established gated community within a 15 minute drive of Disney world. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and banks are within a mile and there are plentiful golf courses, Champions Gate is just a short drive away.

POOL & DECK
The villa has it's own private, heated, floodlit pool, the deck has been extended to accommodate a table and chairs for al fresco dining and extra sun loungers, side tables and ottomans.
WHAT COULD BE NICER THAN SITTING ON THE DECK, ENJOYING A GLASS OF SOMETHING CHILLED AS THE SUN SETS. The nearest houses facing the back are at least 250m away beyond the conservation area. Lie back and watch the birds soaring in the clear blue sky overhead.

A BBQ grill is provided for your use.

FAMILY ROOM
THE FAMILY ROOM HAS PATIO DOORS OVERLOOKING THE POOL.
It has cable TV, video and a selection of movies, CD player, board games and books for all the family to enjoy. It has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan making it spacious and airy.
ALL THE LIVING AREAS AND BATHROOMS HAVE TILED FLOORS KEEPING THE VILLA CLEAN AND COOL.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything from an electric can opener to an American fridge/freezer with icemaker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, telephone, in fact all the modern conveniences you would expect to make your stay as comfortable as possible including an English teapot! Laundry facilities are located in the garage which is accessed via the great room. Guests have free use of the telephone including international calls. Internet access is free with your own laptop. The kitchen incorporates a breakfast nook with table and chairs for four and four barstools.

GREAT ROOM
The open plan great room is a large, bright spacious room with a vaulted ceiling. It has cable TV, there is ample seating and also an open plan formal dining area which seats 6.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has patio doors overlooking the pool, ceiling fan and cable TV & telephone. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large corner bath, double vanity units, shower and separate WC. It has a large walk in closet with ample storage space. There is a cot and highchair for your use at no extra charge.

The second master has cable TV, built in closet and a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit and WC making this villa ideal for 2 families or for grandparents!

There are 2 further twin bedrooms with built in closets, these share the house/pool bathroom which has bath, shower, vanity unit and WC and has direct access to the deck. Each bathroom has its own hairdryer and ample towels.

GAMES ROOM
Slate Bed Pool Table, Table Football ('Fooseball') etc - new for 2007 season see pictures.

COMMUNITY
This community is well established, the villa is not adjacent to the highway and there is no construction work. There is a community pool and clubhouse available to our guests. This is an ideal place to visit all the delights of Florida, the Gulf coast is a 2 hour drive, or if you want to go surfing you can be at the Atlantic coast with it's rollers in less than an hour or at the Kennedy Space Center. The spectacular Florida Keys can be reached in just a few hours.
