Your rental charges include the following :-

Electricity (excluding pool heating which is an optional extra
charged to the management company).
Bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels).
All Florida taxes (currently 11%)
Cot and highchair if required

Booking and Rental Conditions

All rentals are subject to the following booking / rental conditions.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking
Prices are subject to change without notice
All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.
The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by us.
The person must pay £ 100 per week deposit on completion of the booking form.
The balance including £ 150 security deposit (REFUNDABLE) must be paid
8 weeks prior to departure date.

Refundable Security Deposit

A security deposit of . £ 150 . is payable per booking.
The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after your return home,
after we have received confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition, and the keys have been returned to the Management Company or ourselves.

Period of Rental

The rental period commences 4pm local time on the day of arrival -
as indicated on the booking form.
The villa must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

Liability

Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for
your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident,
damage or loss to you, your property, or any medical expense,
however incurred.

YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT YOUR OWN
HOLIDAY AND MEDICAL INSURANCE

Airport Meet & Greet
(charged by management company)

You will be met by the Management Company outside the luggage reclaim area of Orlando or Sanford Airport. They will assist you with your luggage and car rental pickup.
Follow them to the Villa, as they will already have keys for you.

Please let us know in advance if you require this service as we will need your flight number and estimated time of arrival in Florida.

Pool Heating

This is charged locally by the Management Company.

Attraction Tickets

These are available through the Management Company.
Please contact them on arrival if you require this service.

Security Bond

A security bond of £150 is required in the unlikely event of any breakages or damage during your stay. This will be refunded four weeks after your return.

KEYS

On receipt of the balance of payment, full instructions on key collection will be sent to the lead member of the party.

Cancellation

In the event that you cancel your booking for whatever reason,
the following cancellation charges will apply :-

More than 8 weeks Deposit

Between 6 - 8 weeks 50% of the total rental costs

Between 4 - 6 Weeks 75% of the total rental costs

Less than 4 weeks 100% of the total rental costs
