Plane crash
A COUPLE died on Sunday after the plane which they were flying from
Shoreham Airport to Devon crashed in the New Forest, Hampshire.
Anthony Baker, 53, and Elaine Parry, 43, both from Brighton, died
when the light aircraft crashed at South Baddesley, near Lymington.
The single-engine, fixed-wing Baker Bambi plane took off from Shoreham at 11.36am on Sunday, and was heading to the Dunkers Well airfield in Honiton, Devon. The wreckage of the plane was discovered near Snooks Farm, in South Baddesley, at 2pm. |

A man and a woman killed when a single-engine fixed-wing light aircraft
crashed in Hampshire have been identified by police.
Anthony Baker, 53, and Elaine Parry, 43, from Brighton, were found dead next to the Baker Banbi, which took off from Shoreham Airfield on Sunday morning. A farmer found the plane - heading for Dunkeswell Airfield in Devon - in a field at Snooks Farm, South Baddesley. Air accident investigators are trying to establish the cause of the crash. |
