We have seven debut acts to appear at Outwood this month.

I have let them stay booked the agent has chosen six of them and I have only seen one.  We need some fresh talent so we will see how they perform. All the rest have of course been selected for their past experience so I still feel it should be a good month.

DAVEY  NICHOLLS

Top male vocal Entertainer

This is the first of seven new acts at Outwood this month. I have noticed him booked all over the area. I have yet to see him but some of you may have seen him when he appeared one Saturday night at Lofthouse Gate last October.

SAMMY  J

Star Young Female Vocal

Sammy makes her fourth appearance after a female regular told me she really enjoyed her performance last year when she appeared on Saturday 14^th May.

PAUL  SYMONS

Excellent Male Vocal Entertainer

I was on holiday when Paul last came down to
Ledger Lane on 27/06/04.  He was rated as good by the committee. I am looking forward to seeing him as I haven’t seen his show for quite some time now.  WELL WORTH A VISIT

KYLA

Sensational Female Vocalist

Debut at Outwood was booked in last year but was unable to attend.  This is another one selected by the agent.  She is a little more expensive than normal on Friday so I expect a super performance tonight.

Saturday 11th March

NICOLE  DAVIS

Super Female Vocal

Fourth time here at Ledger Lane .  She was rated good on two occasions and as fair just over a year ago 2/4/05. I think that was a little harsh as I was here she should have rated another good.

Sunday 12th March

MIDNIGHT  DUO

Top Entertaining Male / Female Duo

Debut for this duo here, and I have yet to see them myself.  They were booked by the agent. I have notice though they are appearing at several clubs in the area.

Friday 17th March

TAM RYAN

Excellent Cabaret Male Entertainer

Long time no see for this very entertaining male who’s last appearance was certainly before August 2001   He was rated good, and we have waited a long time for his return.

JANINE  LAVELL

Star Female Vocal

Agents selection debut to us all. He believes she is just the ticket for a Saturday night at Outwood.

RICKY  ANDREWS

Top Entertaining Male Vocal

This is another debut but he was recommended by a Friday night regular who tells me he may even come in for the first time ever this Sunday to see him.

MARTIN  TAYLOR

Top Male Vocal

Another agent selection yet to appear down Ledger Lane but the agent claims we will be requesting a Sunday night for him in the near future.  I have yet to see him and will give him our opinion.

Saturday 25th March

CAROLINE  SEYMOUR

Star Young Female Vocal

Last newcomer to us is Caroline who I have also yet to see.  Fingers crossed she is as good as the agent believes she is.

Entertaining Female Duo with Humour

Third year running for these girls who rated excellent the last twice they appeared.  Rather more expensive than our usual fee so this was to be a PAY PER VIEW.

But the committee has allowed it for free.

WAYNE   SAMUALS

Superb Male Vocalist

This guy did very well on his first time ever at Outwood in 2004 though we were unable to manage a date for him to appear last year.
I am pleased to say only three months into this year and we have a second chance of seeing this young entertainer again.

Well that’s the lot for this month but do remember to give the best of order for the entertainers in the concert room as there have been a number of complaints that members are spoiling the entertainment by being very rowdy.  We have got two other rooms in the club where you can talk to your hearts content.
