Notes: Both houses were constructed by Raymond Harrison, a professional building worker, as therapy and to keep him occupied following a massive heart attack some years ago. They are both constructed 'from scratch', without plans or kits, from quality building materials. Some furniture is hand crafted, others purchased. ALL items shown are included in the sale. Scale size electrical light fittings, electrical sockets, etc. are included but DO NOT FUNCTION. Neither have been used (e.g. by children), and are reluctantly for sale due to space requirements.
